About the role:

A person in this role will test different promotion channels, find new partners, and form and test hypotheses for the development of the US market. An ideal candidate for this position has a growth mindset, a high level of flexibility, a background in experimenting, and at least 3-5 marketing channels, and is willing to sustain a highly dynamic growth process.

What will you do:

  • Launch and test various advertising channels including Blog posts, Bing, TikTok, Yahoo!, Reddit and others.

  • Launch marketing partnerships, and find relevant partners for cross-promotion campaigns.

  • Generate and test ideas for campaigns and contests on social media.

  • Manage content generation for our blog by exploring different ways of involving UGC in it.

  • Analyze key metrics and suggest hypotheses for improvement of our presence on the market.

Required background:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2C marketing;

  • Experience with 3-5 different channels including some of the following: social media, email, paid ads;

  • Excellence in project management;

  • Proactive approach, superior communication skills, creativity;

  • A data-driven approach, analytical thinking;

  • Written and verbal English levels are not lower than C1.

Preferred background:

  • Working in startups experience;

  • Experience in marketing for the US market;

  • Experience in travel companies.

  • High independence and leadership skills
