We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead our marketplace's supplier products division. This role involves working closely with suppliers to enhance product offerings, manage product lifecycles, and ensure our marketplace remains competitive and aligned with customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of online marketplaces, and a proven track record of driving product growth.

Key priorities of Product Manager

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s targets

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer expectations

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product

• Development of hypotheses aimed at improving key product metrics.

• Testing hypotheses and analyzing results to determine their effectiveness

• Development of new product solutions for the audience of Travel Experts on the platform:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

  • Development and testing of solutions for key audience segments.

  • Creating technical specifications for the development team, taking into account all details and requirements.

  • Ensuring uninterrupted delivery of tasks to users in collaboration with the development team.

• Prioritization and selection of problems and solutions for the audience of Travel Experts on the platform:

  • Analysis of the current state of the product, identifying problems and opportunities for improving key metrics.

  • Determining priorities in accordance with the strategic goals of the company.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering, to ensure product success

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment in a role of Senior Product manager

2. Strong understanding of the marketplace business model and supplier dynamics and products for them

3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

4. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence others without direct authority.

5. Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.

6. Knowledge of UI design principles and experience interacting with designers.

7. Basic IT and development knowledge to interact effectively with the development team.

8. Upper-Intermediate English level to communicate with international teams or partners.

9. Understanding of the market in which the company operates and the ability to adapt the product to the needs of the audience.
